AISC's Sophisticated Paint Standard replaced the Sophisticated paint SPE Checklist Program in 2005 The Standard describes the requirements for sophisticated paint systems for structural steel.

This seminar familiarizes existing firms, new candidate firms, coating suppliers and transportation engineers with the requirements with the concepts of the SPE Standard. The session will include an overview of the endorsement concepts, as well as what is required during the audit process. It's a great opportunity to initiate new members of your team with responsibilities for the coating process.
